I don't know if signal, the platform, plays a MASSIVE role in anything. I could be wrong, but it is just a two way, encrypted messaging system.

Was working fine before, even Telegraph is running fine after having over 25 million people join in less than a week. Also this morning it was only certain cities in the USA, look how big the outage has grown. This looks deliberate.

Could this be the central comms blackout from the Q drops? What if Q meant it was a blackout of the platform they all use to secretly communicate to each other? It would kinda make sense that the ppl that are supposed to get arrested would use something such as encrypted messaging to communicate right now.
