No it has something to do with some document that ended in the late 1800s or something, don't quote me on it. Somebody else might know something more about it.
1871 seems to ring a bell to me regarding the ending of the Republic, but that obviously would not line up with Lincoln's death and would likely line up with your thought that Trump would be the 19th president of the restored Republic
