Its an OSCAR 01 Launch Control Trailer which is specifically for ICBMs which could indeed be a nuclear device if so outfitted with one. Anddd I'm pretty close to it. Just look it up on images and there's AFMil websites with it there. Seems to get misidentified as Minuteman but I definitely think it's an OSCAR 01 Launch Control Trailer. Would be no less worrying.
I'm fairly close as well lol! I'm not too familiar with missiles, but I believe that the Minuteman 3 is NOT capable of being launched from a portable platform (to my knowledge), but would you happen to know if the OSCAR 01's are or would it also just be a trailer for transporting it?
It's all the tech needed to conduct a launch minus the launch pad, thats my initial diagnoses of it. I may not be completely accurate in saying that but if I had to bet that is pretty much what it is.
