As someone that's in the process of leaving CA for TN in the VERY near future, I'm gonna do my part to make sure this twunt gets replaced with someone that actually gives a damn about her constituents.
The united states is a democratic country because it's citizens can vote to elect their officials, as simple as that. The Electoral college system is a form of democratic elections.
My comment could have been more fleshed out, but I was referring to the distinction between a democratic republic (what USA was founded as) and a pure democracy (which it's never been).

Find some sources to prove that there were two slates of electors from 6-7 states, even though one was certified by governor and another from legislators not strictly"certified" nevertheless more valid.
Point out that making people have faith in the elections is important and since every institution failed except for the state legislatures, it was important for Congress to have held hearings to ensure every person would feel like they did their best to restore confidence.
Finally, point out that riots were organised by BLM/Antifa (with links) and ask her regardless of who stormed the capitol, what does it have to do with something as important as election integrity? And point out that soldiers, firefighters, cops etc put themselves at much more dangerous risks every day.

Arizona did send alternate electors but they werent used.
