Nah. I bet even if there is a fight it will only be body guards or idiots. Less than 100 dead... maybe a few thousand rounds fired at the absolute most. When 200 82nd airborne/Marines come charging at you and you're a 5 man protection detail you do whatever the hell they say.
That's the whole point. These people only operate with impunity based on blackmail and being the ones "in charge". The moment someone like the military decides they are no longer in charge they will fold like a cheap suit. Their power is utterly hollow. 90% of them are incompetent buffoons. Idiots rarely have real power.
The only fear I would have is if the FBI/DHS is more corrupt than we think. If some of them get together they could maybe make a what 2-3k sized force. Problem is they are smart enough to understand they don't stand a chance in hell against the full might of someone like the US Marines. So again they will fold.
