Why do u speak in absolutes? There's alot of factors you can't determine well here, like shoe height and ground height. Either or both could cause this perceived difference but you don't sound like you're here to discern with logic and reason. we need to make up about 3 inches. The heels are slightly higher, the hair is quite a bit higher, she is standing straighter and we shrink as we get older.

Fwiw, heels can be different heights. Men's dress shoes can have heels too, just lower amounts of lift. Add that to the age differences from a younger and older version of killary, people do shrink/lean over as they age. A stronger proof of a double would be referencing a newer couple pic and showing entire shoe in both pics. Not saying it's not possible here, just many holes needing to gloss over.
