I was going to comment about how maybe it's dimentia related, but it seems that his signature would become more sloppy in that case, not writing letters differently.

From what I read, writing becomes more sloppy. I don't think it would affect muscle memory, but I also haven't seen any actual examples of how dementia affects hand writing.

How come during the "inauguration" was the first time I heard the "jr" part ever?? Did he go by that in the democrat primaries I'm not a part of?
He's been Robinette and Junior all his life. His son Beau is actually "Joseph Robinette 'Beau' Biden III (February 3, 1969 – May 30, 2015)". His 1/19 Delaware speech podium confirmed this.
Yeah I too was shocked in 1977 to find that Jimmy Carter was somebody named James Earl. At least Trump released his own long-form birth certificate, in 2011.
Even if the signing video follows the same motions it's still suss because you have not only the total change but also the blank-ish, unshown orders, plus a signing frequency that has already outstripped every prior WH occupant. No wonder he has trouble with his pens.

All I know is that Trump got the 21-gun salute at the plane on Jan 20, 2021. Biden got the wrong salute, and it was in a graveyard.

I think it would be much more sloppy overall, not written completely differently. He does his J like a line, sure. Added a middle initial to look more professional as president, fine. But completely changing how he writes the letter B? That's..... Odd.
