We have all the evidence in the world but if the counties won't acknowledge it, Congress ignores it, courts refuse to see it, and the news won't report on it, what's the fucking point to it? It's a fucking federal crime to have tabulation machines connected to the internet, which various IT experts verified was the case, and Pulitzer's team hijacked into a machine LIVE, and STILL nothing.

Which, by the way, is why the impeachment trial in the Senate is likely to be very important. This is where the evidence can get a hearing - finally. The Democrats are really dumb to be pursuing the impeachment - They are just giving the Republicans a platform to have their evidence heard.
I'm hoping for this to happen but will the Senate allow evidence to be presented or will they say, "No, this is irrelevant and has nothing to do with the impeachment. Let's move on past that."?

I see what you are saying. But they seemed to dismiss them for very little reason, like grammatical errors etc. I think they had to do it all in a rush and a little leeway should have been given to hear it out.
I think the courts did not want to deal with it. The supreme court should have looked at the evidence and made a decision, then everyone would not be on different sides of this issue
