You should really read the book of Psalms. There is a nice section known as the imprecatory Psalms where David, the man after Gods own heart, curses people. He asks God to break the teeth out of their mouth. He asks God to bring them quickly down into hell. In the New Testament the Holy Ghost comes upon Paul and he smites a man with blindness for trying to dissuade someone from hearing the Gospel. It is entirely biblical to pray for God to curse wicked people.
