Lots of places that need manpower allocated. Only so much manpower to go around. Not to mention theres still a security perimeter around the Whitehouse
This could explain a question I wrote earlier in another comment. A buddy mentioned that the JAG's he works with have been very busy cutting orders the past week. He wouldn't tell me more when I asked. However he's in the southeast.
I imagine at this point they're just rotating troops in since they plan to be there through, I guess, March now.
And they don't know anymore than we do. We won't know what's happening until it happens.

Today some from Michigan were deployed. No idea how many.
So we still do not have any official explanation for why all the troops, right?
Are those 4,000 - 7,000 still deputized as US Marshals?
Have they recently deputized any more soldiers?
