Face it. If Adrenocrome was really a thing... China would be producing it by the buckets full. We'd have container ships delivering it from India.
No Central American child would survive getting past the cartels, which would then be selling Adrenocrome in every U.S. city.
If there were something that valuable which the elite desperately wanted, even if it resulted in Millions of deaths each year, China and India would definitely dominating that world market. Pakistan (and all of the other 'Stans) would be right in that same competitive market. There would be huge supplies of African Adrenocrome too coming from corrupt regimes.
