Thank you for the work you (along with the other mods) do! You are saving my marriage (I think). As I read, learn, and want to continue to talk about what I read, I warmth my wife’s expression. When she gets the “enough” look on her face, I just start posting here more :)
The dancing pepes at the bottom are a bit problematic for visually oriented autist. My vision is highly cursorial, like a coyotes. Moving and flashing graphics are very distracting. This is a fairly common complaint of autists. There are some websites that I don't bother visiting because all of the visual noise prevents me from being able to read the text.
At least with the dancing pepes, I can scroll so they aren't displayed.
I'm a visual oriented autist. I am very color sensitive. I have though about writing a paper on website design for the autistic. I am very picky but the only thing that I notice that I don't like is the FFFFFF text. It is way to bright and hurts my eyes. I'd tone it down a bit. Other than that, thanks for thinking of this and for asking for feedback.
I'd tone down the blue text, especially of the titles a little bit also.
I only saw it for a moment, in dark theme on mobile, but I thought it looked good. Stickies were yellow and other posts were blue. It changed back to normal before I could load a comment thread to see how that looked.
Perhaps eventually there will be more than two theme choices?
Please allow us to downvote posts without disabling the site theme as well.
yes please, the downvote button is lost if I use the site theme.
I thought the lack of a downvote button on posts was to make it harder for shill armies to hide posts they don't want seen. Was I wrong?

The colors that just came up are very hard on my eyes!
The font shadow makes it disturbing to try to read. Thx
For me, it would be the blue that's making it difficult

Agree. Pepes are fine but do they "have" to dance?
Also wonder if they might trigger epileptic issues (?)
idk kinda indifferent about it. if anything i thought i was buggin out. it being 5 am and all looking at this site for 3 hours straight
Yeah, the blurry/shadowed font is harder on the eyes. It's physically irritating to look at.
Mine hasnt changed but i dont see whats wrong with blue white and red? I really like it.
Also, I dont cope well with change lol IMDB does it all the time and it's always worse and worse
Ok, I think it's perfectly fine as is, BUT if you insist on changing I find the yellow far easier on the eyes to read.

Edit: Btw, I always use a dark theme.
The blue could be slightly less bright maybe a tiny shade darker
i like the colors you are adding, i like the dark background for sure

In Chrome Under Settings, Accessibility-> text scaling -> set to 160% or so
I actually really like this blue and purple myself.
Stop making us feel like we are in the darnkess!? I could not get out of dark mode all day.
Looking good!
