No. The oath is to the Constitution and part of that is refusing to obey unlawful orders. There are some asshats in the military but not many (some General officers are suspect because they become so political but the bulk are good to go).
Concentration camps are so 1900's. Using the military to go door to door to deliver a vaccine that was 100% lethal in the ferret studies is much cleaner and lower in cost. Everyone is then responsible for dealing with their family's bodies. Keeps the cost of camps lower.
Those that refuse the vaccine, the 'deniers' and 'refusers' can then be hunted and shot on sight, once the next 'virus' shows to be more lethal, for the greater good of course.
