Cannabis is one of those natural remedies that treats mind, body and soul. Healing balm of Gilead, anyone? I'm a medical cannabis patient in Ohio and it has done wonders for my chronic pain, mood and overall mental health (coming off of three years on Lexapro, a horrid antidepressant).
The truth is that we know that it's beneficial but we haven't yet discovered to what degree, thanks to our government.
Love it or hate it, you can't deny the positive impact of Cannabis. Unfortunately, too many boomers here are still deceived by the indoctrination of Reefer Madness. This movement isn't just about government truths and exposure but ALL truths, from God to weed.
Nice to see some people talking about the real killer with COVID: the cytokine storm. Quick FYI: a company named CytoDyn has a drug that just came out of Phase 3 for COVID which calms the cytokine storm (and it does it very well in fact... bringing many patients back from the brink of death: off of oxygen, ecmo, or dialysis in some cases).
Look for their data to be release in the next 1-3 weeks most likely. And if you're into stonks, their ticker is CYDY and they are super undervalued (but only for now). Their drug is nothing short of a subcutaneously administered miracle.
THC: comes from a plant given to us by God. The THC is natural so big pharma cannot benefit. It has other benefits like helping with anxiety, pain relief, and seemingly minor things like a good nights sleep and gaining appetite. It should have had money spent on researching this but because it helps people, that goes against all of industries ideals on staying profitable. Please plant some seeds and grow your own medicine. It really is as easy as growing weeds.
Alright. This is my wheel house. Apoptosis means your army, navy, Air Force, marines, space force immune system will kill anything that is not considered YOU. if one of your cells identifies as being infected, just one of your cells, this one cell will commit suicide for you to perceive this reality and live on for the greater good of your body and the good of others. Different immune cells have different styles. One may use the sniper approach,T Cells, which is probably best to kill unwanted s. Others ways... the shotgun approach. Actually harming good tissue around the ‘not ME’to isolate the target, kill it and contain. Your body is all about self preservation. Body, Mind Soul.
I taught you all about how your immune system is awesome. and really didn’t explain apoptosis. It means that every cell of your being knows who it is. And self destructs when violated. It’s preprogrammed to do so.
What I love about weed is that it alters your perspective. It allows you to view things in an alternate light and find some answers that you may not otherwise think of. No wonder they've gone after it so hard. God forbid we open our minds and think for ourselves.
I love that other people have had good experiences with it. I smoked/vaped some liquid weed cartridges. Not very much. Maybe 2 deep inhales and a few lighter ones. Nothing crazy. My sister probably had twice as much. Ten minutes later, it hit me like a train. My brain felt mostly normal. Just slightly impaired, but I still could think normally. My body was another story. It felt like it attacked my nervous system and I couldn't control my body. If someone said something funny I would start to laugh and I was scared that I wouldn't be able to stop laughing. I tried to speak, but my mouth wouldn't say what my mind wanted it to say. It's hard to explain. It was just so unpleasant. I also had like twitchy convulsions in my arms and legs. Ugh. It was awful. I thought I would be high forever. Ten minutes felt like an eternity.
I also broke out in hives later that night, so I wonder if I'm allergic to it.
Could very well be or at least allergic to a specific terpine in it. My girlfriend can't stand it because she's allergic to Myrcene, which is a dominant terpine in most indica strains. Perhaps if you tried a sativa that wouldn't happen. Leafly.com has awesome educational materials concerning terpines.
That said, most oil carts (like you had) are extremely potent for a novice user. They usually bag between 71-95% THC.
I don't know what the strain was. It was my sister and brother-in-laws. My sister was totally fine. Just relaxed. It took me an hour until it had worn off enough to get me to that relaxed state. I will say I ate some tomatoes and a sweet and sour sucker and I get the whole munchie thing. It was like I'd never tasted food before. That part was very cool, but then I got all itchy and had hives all over my back, so overall a crappy experience lol
I just didn't like feeling like I couldn't control my body. I felt so panicked. I compare it to having sleep paralysis, but less extreme. You're aware of what's going on, but you have no control over your body and you can't communicate because your mouth won't say what your brain is telling it to say. Ugh.
My husband didn't try it with me that time. I can't remember why. But, over Christmas break this year, someone gave him half an edible. He started out feeling okay. Just really relaxed and he said his brain felt more focused lol. Then all of a sudden he got super nauseous and almost threw up. He started sweating and felt sick. He's allergic to nitric oxide (laughing gas) and he had almost the exact same reaction. I looked it up and apparently extreme nausea is a possible side effect of marijuana for some people?
Agreed. The developing brain can be altered by cannabis use but 19-21 should be safe enough.
You're right, it does enhance certain personality traits and tendencies. If you're a lazy fuck you're going to be lazy on it. Lol.
I take it you stick with Indicas? Sativa's often give me issues with anxiety unless it's a balanced hybrid.
As far as edibles, they are different. Being metabolized in the liver creates a completely new drug (11 hydroxy something) that is actually several times as psychedelic as LSD (from what I've researched) and I'm careful with dosage but I love them.
Got 4 oz of 571 mg infused honey. Talk about taking a rocket ride ?
Light em if you got em

With Merck cancelling their vaccine to work on MK-4482 and MK-7110. I looked into these and found MK-7110 is effective against cytokine inflammation. CURIOUS https://www.merck.com/news/merck-discontinues-development-of-sars-cov-2-covid-19-vaccine-candidates-continues-development-of-two-investigational-therapeutic-candidates/
The vaccine MIGHT induce cytokine inflammation, which killed most people during the Spanish Flu. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/348163898_Cytokine_Storm_Response_to_COVID-19_Vaccinations_Commentary
I don't want anyone dying, so maybe grab yourself some THC per the post

You’re all going to Hell for consuming this plant that God made for you to consume.
Wait...
Let’s lock you up and ruin your life for taking a drug that’s going to ruin your life.
Right? It’s the only reasonable response.
Body as a temple. Good try though.
I don’t understand if you think you’re making a point. People have been burning incense in temples since the Old Testament times.

Nice!
A cytokine storm is a self nuke. That’s how much your body protects you. To the death.
I have been seeing lil articles about how weed made help with covid, I always thought it was stupid, I guess not.
ONe of the SRA survivors, Kathy O-Brien, stated that they were allowed access to any drugs they wanted, except cannabis, as it breaks the programming.
For once in my life,i'm fully prepared!

This must be why I'm still alive!
Ats wat I been telling my mom all these years

We’re finally talking about a topic I can buy in to?

one of my first red pills. "they made this illegal but made alcohol and cigarettes legal?"
