I've discovered they are actually different people, the 'name' isn't the name, it's Welsh for First Minister :)
I just sanity checked myself with a mate and we realised that 'Prif Weinidog' is Welsh for First Minister.
That means that list of 'tried and executed' is probably bullshit, since it can't even list the guy's name.
I'll do some more digging around elections and who's who in Welsh politics, but for now this is DEBOONKED!
edit: December 2018 Mark was appointed First Minister of Wales and became a member of the Privy Council on 13 February 2019.

Carwyn Jones was replaced by Drakeford in 2018. carwyn had a beard just before he went.
Wales has a long history of first ministers that are dubious.
The first one was caught on Hampstead Heath London doing a George Michael.
The current first ministers son was convicted of rape.
In 2018 another minister committed suicide when news broke that he was to be investigated for sexual impropriety.They replaced him with his 22 yr old son, so let’s see what happens there.
