Good luck to South Dakota... but just realize where this is headed.
Biden's administration will have some liberal Federal Judge rule the South Dakota decision to be illegal, so putting a permanent stay on the order.
South Dakota would then have to challenge the Federal Judge's ruling by appealing to the extremely biased and corrupt Supreme Court. :>(
We live in a totally corrupt system now. Trying to salvage anything from it is like standing in a sewer and trying to polish a turd.
I seem to remember Trump appointing the most justices ever for a 4-year term. Certainly all of them aren't corrupt.

I don't know much about nullification, but it would seem to only matter at the state level, eg. the state nullifies the federal laws and thus as long as the state courts uphold it I assume that's all that's needed.
It would be interesting to watch how it is handled by the courts because of the way states were thumbing their nose at Trump's EOs regarding immigration. Self styled "sanctuary" zones created in defiance of immigration policy may be enough precedent for South Dakota to succeed.
Just claim that red states are sanctuary states from illegal executive orders.if blue states could ignore EO's and immigration law, so can red. The president does not override the 2nd amendment. At this point ignore every law out of dc. They are illigitimate. userper in the WH has not authoritiy or authoritay (south park)
Just have the entire midwest and red counties secede from the union and let's see how these blue cities do.
