There’s an article today at www.mercola.com that says the Covid-19 Vaccine is not a legal vaccine. It explains all the reasons for it and has two embedded videos from researchers to explain it. Also, the article says Fauci and the CDC are in this up to their eyeballs. It’s a long article, and well worth the time.
So if it's not a vaccine, then couldn't they be sued for marketing and delivering it into victims? As far as I understand, only vaccines are protected from lawsuits. Couldn't a lawyer argue it's not a vaccine and move forward with a lawsuit?

And what if the messages caused other disruption to the network? This is a totally untested proposition.
