That’s not stopping the damage. Potatus dropping bombs without authority; doesn’t need Congress apparently. They go into effect starting Friday the 19th. Be great if he resigned before then.
I'm not an expert in this area, but my understanding is that an executive order ordinarily goes through a judicial review, and that's partially why there is a 30 day wait on implementation of them. I would be happy if someone corrected me if I am wrong. True we can fight them and overturn them, but to paraphrase Sun Tzu, the easiest battles to win are the ones you don't have to fight in the first place.
Yes, but even beyond that 30 days, someone can go to a judge and get an injunction. Look at DACA, border wall funding, citizenship question on census, and most others.
You mean all the traitors to the constitution, that lawyer yesterday gave them a chance and they took a dump on the constitution. The military's clock it ticking, will they step up or are they going to allow traitors to we the people to sit and play circle jerk x100? They don't follow the constitution they follow that little red book that lawyer showed them.
Going to be honest, I have thought since 1/20 that they don't have any actual authority. Our military sees them as a foreign occupation. How could a foreign power have any have true ability.
We know patriots are in control. We also know that we are being lied to on a massive scale. This could just be another instance of the same.
Biden doesn't need Congress. He is singlehandedly destroying the country.
EOs can be as quickly undone as they are done.
Fraud vitiates EVERYTHING!!! :)
Pretty sad when we celebrate our 'leaders' not doing their jobs lol
In this case, it's warranted.
They don't need to pass bills. Biden just makes Executive Orders for any agenda they want.
You got that right, brotha

Trump's EOs were all challenged and litigated, why not Biden's?

I'll concede your point. Still would be nice if he conceded (one can hope, can't they?)
I think that is sort of DJT's plan.
I wonder, can Senators start filibustering during the impeachment trial just to keep it going indefinitely? Completely stop all congressional action?
Don’t need to pass bills when Quid Pro Joe does them all by EO
Every little delay helps. Less than 2 years until we can throw these guys out (assuming we fix/overcome election fraud).
Don’t matter when Xiden doing everything with EO, congress is useless.

They don’t need to with a dictator in the WH
