Been watching recent seasons of family guy, and a few episodes had me asking if he was gently redpilling peeps against msm amalgamation and the like.

S18 e4 or 5, they do a bit on baseball and taking a knee at the anthem, but its a complete pisstake. Near the end, Peter as usual learns something, and the argument is made that the national anthem shouldnt be associated to something like a sporting event (tying into how the events get used for trafficking, or just making the [semi] valid point that the anthem shouldn't be touted for commercialism).

The next 17 seconds or so, however, caught me. there is a showcase of Q's for the Quohog team logo, over and over. Maybe its just the current year, but i took a bit more note of the episode and decided to rewatch it when i saw that, and made me look at it more than just on the surface.

They kept doing potshots at the syndication process for old series like Seinfeld and the Jeffersons in it too, and made a comment on how disney wouldn't like how the 4 song birds get eaten by an escalator.

Just felt very different from the usual progressive nonsense. Again, maybe just heightened awareness of coincidence, or might be part of something greater. Just another data point on the node to consider...
