I signed the declination form for it. Which was advised by my coworkers and manager as well. I just don’t trust it. Not enough research or time. Got an email today that they will be requiring us to get it now or we can’t work there. This pisses me off. This is the hospital I’ve wanted to work at for a long time. Great people. Smaller community based hospital. Now I have to decide to take my forced upon chances with the vaccine. Or leave. I’m not a happy camper right now.

Make them fire you. It's more fuel for a legal battle should you want to go that route. Do not voluntarily leave! The minute you do something voluntarily the minute you lose your standing.
That’s the plan if it gets that far. They can fire me and escort me out. And I’ll be documenting everything.
That is what I would make them do.
I have been stalling with people too telling them that the vaccine is fine (I don't think it is) but it would be safer to take the more traditional vaccine, the viral vector vaccines, that are supposed to be in development. (This is a stalling tactic cause I believe that once that vaccine is ready hopefully this whole damn thing will be over.)
Yeah I have kids that need me. I’m not about to be a Guinnea pig
Rules no longer apply. They need test people. And apparently it’s looking like front lines workers and teachers will start being the test people. It’s sickening
Sounds like a bluff.
Smart idea to put the lives of all the frontline workers at risk first.
I was in the military, things never appeared in my medical record. Got out last year, actually feeling better each day little by little. This vaxx seems worse than the anthrax crap they shot me up with.
Glad I'm finally retired.
Just keep your cool. The fact that they are forcing the vaccine on people even though they say it for sure wont stop the spread is very suspicious
One of my coworkers had her elderly father get the vaccine. He’s is in a skilled nursing facility. He now has COVID so much for the “vaccine”
Same for my older sister (81yo). But she volunteered to take the damn thing, but then she's a liberal, so...
Freshen up that resume as well, it never hurts to be looking a few feet ahead.
Hold it up and let them all know they are being recorded to show your lawyer. Have lawyer to back up claim.
It sucks because while my mom hasn't taken it (her work occasionally continues to ask if she would be interested to which she says "no" every time), my 93 year old Grandma did. Although she hasn't taken the second shot yet... I hear that's when problems arise. The second shot is the "trigger" of whatever it does to your body. Thankfully my mom is pretty based! I hope my Grandma turns out okay if / when she gets the second dose.... makes me a bit anxious. :(
First shot gets the antibodies created. 2nd shot causes a reaction in your immune system
Could still claim constructive dismissal if you feel you’ve been pressured to quit
Yep getting fired has always worked for me. Last job they gave be 15k in hush money LOL.
