Was anyone else, anywhere talking about Biden/China that far back? The Ukraine thing didn’t become news until over a year later.

One of the things that stumps me about this post is all of the capital letters. Generally all caps means either the writer is shouting or trying to emphasize a point or all caps can be an acronym for something else. I've started looking up acronyms for some of the all cap words in this post. Here's a few that I found interesting:
