Looking at google maps satellite view, from where they're standing it would have to be the Eisenhower Executive Office Building. Then on wiki with a picture of the front of the Eisenhower building, the roof line looks about right, but not sure about the red brick building part. And you can see the remains of that temporary building they put up around the 1/20/21. I think it's the White House in DC. And why would they fake something so trivial when it could easily be proven false?
