I personally like many hoping for the best but believe these justices are compromised in one way or another.
I’m curious if anyone thinks that there will be any positive momentum siding with Patriots after tomorrow’s SCOTUS meeting(s)?

I think that this is another step in the right "legal" direction. Even though the "trial" will not take place tomorrow, if the SCOTUS does say yes, they will review the case, then this means that they know that there is enough evidence that warrants a full review. I do believe that will be a WIN. Then my personal opinion is....Military, do your thing and lets speed things up.
We all want something good to happen but it is important to taper expectations.

At some point there has to be a judge who is either not corrupt or brave enough to prosecute these evil bastards.
"Military is the only way" so don't expect heroics from them.
My understanding was that the military would use the SCOTUS cases as a front to conduct secret military tribunals. If SCOTUS refuses the cases, what would happen to such tribunals?
Side note: I have believed all along that SCOTUS would not agree to take up the cases. I would love to be wrong.
Dunno exactly how it will work but the last two oaragraphs of MulletWrapper's comment in this thread, reflects my opinion/understanding.
Many of them are afraid to take it on because they don’t want the mob showing up at their homes at 3 am.
That’s the bottom line...and they need to be promised 24 hr security....has this been offered up to them? It should be so nothing external influences their decision.
Depends how afraid they are of compromised Roberts. Seems like they could overrule him if they have any spine. (Backbone).

I am staying positive. They will do what is right. Call me what you want but I believe it will happen.
I'm not sure which way they'll go. The key though is that tomorrow's hearing isn't about the evidence. It is a hearing about whether SCOTUS will consider the lawsuits. If they surprise us and they do decide to consider the suits, it will be later in the year before they are heard.
In looking at the justices and how we should expect them to decide, we have every right to expect them to consider the suits and set them on their docket. The Court's makeup, if they were true to what they said in their confirmation hearings, would cause us to have that hope.
If SCOTUS fails to consider the lawsuits, it will put the finishing touches on a complete loss of all three branches of government to treasonous individuals.
But the good news is, that it may bring on that EBS alert we've been looking for. All avenues exhausted. Military is the only answer. Military doesn't need Powell's evidence. They have it all.
