I guess it's a stupid question, but would the presidency just get handed back to Trump, or would they redo the vote process? I only ask because if Trump gets the position back, would he be eligible for a full term on top of his initial four years? I mean, there was a president in between his terms, would that reset the clock?

He won the first one, wouldn't make sense to give cheaters a second chance.
Although if we did have another one, Trump would get 150million votes, and Biden would only get Congress and criminals.
To me there is no rational reason.
When one party actually wins (more votes) an election, and the other cheats and is incorrectly certified, on what logic or law do you do anything but honor the election already held on the Constitutionally-mandated date?
Seriously, on what?
Now if a legitimate winner (clearly the most votes) could not be determined, that could be another matter. But that is not the case here.
If you completely beat me at something but I cheat and you prove that, what, you should give me a do-over?
IMO I'd think that if they found the election fraudulent, it wouldn't be valid for either candidate. I don't know if anyone would take on the responsibility to "hand it back to Trump" even with the massive amount of evidence that he won. I'm usually wrong though. kek
It could get interesting. If the cheating was as bad as we think then it affected a lot of house and senate elections too. Imagine a full repeat of the election with voter ID, in person only, and thumb ink to prevent double voting. Trump would win in a landslide and take the house and senate. The DS knows this.
So imagine the DS saying “don’t repeat the election! Just put trump in!” And the right saying “no don’t put trump in, let’s redo the whole election fairly this time!”
Meanwhile the normies are like “WTF why does the left want to put trump back in? We won the vote last time let’s vote it out again!”
Why conflate things and make it the "election" was fraudulent when only one candidate is even alleged to have fraudulent votes?
No, Biden's vote counts in multiple states were fraudulent, Trump's are not and are not even alleged to be.
That drop says NOTHING about when you win in a landslide in terms of legitimate votes, and you prove that, you have to give the cheating loser a re-do.
Sorry bud, I voted for Trump, so did 75 million plus more, and demonrat/DS cheating is no basis for nullifying our votes. If you think it is, cite the law or precedent.
You have not cited a decision ordering a re-do election, especially not one where there is a provable actual winner on lawful votes, let alone by vast margin.
Your citation has to do with invalidating contracts, not ordering re-do elections.
Why on Earth do you think that the answer to one party hugely winning on legal votes, but cheated by fraud, is to still deny his win, deny the lawful votes, disenfranchise the lawful voters, and order a re-do?
Still awaiting your Constitutional, precedent-based, or relevant law-based reason. Contract law is not it, that is reaching. And awaiting your reason why 75 million plus lawful Trump voters on the Constitutionally-appointed date are in your view preferably disenfranchised or need to be disenfranchised. Because Biden, the Deep State, and Dems cheated? Really?
It’s not a stupid question at all; rather interesting to consider. There are probably history buffs here who can show a precedence.
Personally I’m more a fan of bankrupting the corporation and moving to the Republic where POTUS can serve his first term as leader of the Republic and choose whether or not he wants to run for a second term. He’s already given us so much in his four years 1/17-1/21 that he and his family may want to step to the side at some point and leave the politics in other able hands. Frankly I’d like him to be GEOTUS and rule forever, but that’s just me dreaming.
I keep hearing Biden say "when I became pres......" and then change it to when I was sworn in".... Has anyone else heard this today?
Remember day 1 when the media was talking about the letter trump wrote to him and how he said it was "very generous"? I think Trump told him to play along.
Elections have been overturned in the past. Take the Senate election in Pennsylvania in 1994. After massive election fraud was discovered, the evidence was heard and a judge ruled that the election results be reversed. Check this out!

Omg, it's so funny to read that in the scope of the current situation, lol, for one, they called it massive fraud, and then say "dozens" of fraudulent signatures, I just about peed my pants, and thought the "hold my beer meme" 1994, we had "dozens of forged signatures!" 2020, "hold my beer". ?
Dont get hopped up and excited for this tho. Military is the only way, Q already said it
They will probably hold another election, simply because there were other candidates on the ballot as well, even if it was Jo and Kanye West lol
As far as the timeline of Trump’s term, I am unsure. I would certainly make sense though
I think we're in uncharted territory if this happens. Read Thomas Wictor's latest few posts. The series of posts about "devolution" and the miltiary are intriguing.
The military is the only way
Thank you. I got excited for a moment and realized, Q has already said the only way. WWG1WGA
IMHO, if the cases are ruled unconstitutional by scotus, Powell and Wood will have to bring the judgment at a state level and make a claim to overturn turn the election. Then probably supervised under military.
If SCOTUS decides there was fraud, they should just let SEAL Team 6 handle it. With only 1 choice left, no need for another election.
I know, wishful thinking :)
Trump spoil be declared the winner and be inaugurated. Then, audits of every election downstream could be done to find the actual winners of those elections, so many would also be overturned!! That would be the fairest thing to do!!
It would be a Constitutional crisis this country has never seen before, I imagine it would end in Civil War and potentially the downfall of America as we know it (which could be a good thing).
Thats where we currently are man
If they determine Biden cheated, then he's disqualified? Trump ran unopposed?
Hmm... based on RedneckLawyer's reply, I'm wondering if today isn't part of the optics. From what I understand the key to everything is the covertness of military rule in order to keep us from Civil War. I've been wondering if SCOTUS does agree to hear the matter and have the evidence presented despite the fact the cases wouldn't be heard until October or later, will that decision today rigger the Deep State to trigger their minions, thus defeating the purpose for military intervention and stealth until things are in order. (Apologies for the long sentence).
Being a liberal on the Supreme Court is not a crime. They were appointed by whom they were appointed. The unjust justice(s) can be taken down with the rest. Trump's base, despite what the left and the MSM want everyone to believe, represent law and order until law and order is completely thrown out the window. A decision not to hear the cases would produce another type of Constitutional crisis, or the look of one, and may be the lever that releases the reveal. Trump supporters aren't likely to riot. They might peacefully protest, but right now the left will turn any protest against our side by appearing as Trump supporters in the streets.
This plan is detailed, and I think it's down to the wire now.
And my head hurts from all the what-ifs. I'm looking forward to the day when I can pay attention to what's going on and not have to dissect every second of life.
