That's why you don't have kids until you can take care of yourself; If you can't set a good example for a child, don't have one. You don't need to be perfect or anything; everyone has vices. People just need to be able to sustain themselves before they attempt to sustain a child (or children), too.
As far as junk food, sure; it is; but odds are when she grows up she'll have to contend with the choice of consuming it or not on her own. If she isn't brought up with the necessary tools to make good decisions, she will have to learn a lot of lessons the hard way.
Moms who are fatty (by choice; poor eating habits) want their princesses to be fat like them to justify the crap food that they cook/order and have in the house. I'm in my 40's and I've seen it multiple times with my kids' friends

I agree with you mostly, but I have seen people turn their lives around due to a happy accident.
