after seeing the military blatantly shit in his face at arlington, and them shitting on him in general, leads to believe this is also what that refers to. and if you read in depth the manual that those are from, it seems like that scenario is playing out.
I would be cautious with using the word "the military"... as a multi decade veteran on this forum pointed out, most of the top generals get million $ pensions from the gov. and they are very political. We can't expect them to take action first.
But what I think is that certain branches, like the Space Force, Marines, Special Ops, etc. are patriotic and aren't corrupt. They would be the first ones to revolt against the Swamp, then the other branches could follow.

No q doesn't do dates. It is from the law of war manual. When podesta is arrested, 11.3 is the marker that states military can take control over an illegitimate government. Just re read the drops for 11/1/2017 thinking that 11.3=military control, and it will make alot more sense.

I believe that 11.3 and 11.4 reference chapters in a US Military document that describe actions during military occupation of enemy territory.
Many believe that D.C. is occupied territory and our military is working under specific laws relating to occupation, and these are chapters I've read in that manual.

Geez, this is looking like one of those prophecies that have five different interpretations. Or in this case, at least 3. March 11, November 3, and the US military document.
I wouldn't think too much into it. Q never gives dates, I am more than confident it is referring to the law of war manual. Read all the drops on 11/1/2017. 11.3 is the first marker. The marker being the arrest of Podesta. When that happens we will know that the military is in control. Also read drop 15.
What if all the q drops were meant to use 11.3 as a reference point? In other words the 2020 election which was on Nov 3rd. The drops were made in 2017 but don't seem to match event that transpired then. Maybe it was all supposed to start after the stolen election
