As commander-in-chief, the president is the only individual with the authority to order the use of nuclear weapons. The National Command Authority comprising the president and Secretary of Defense must jointly authenticate the order to use nuclear weapons.
It is argued by some that the president has almost single authority to initiate a nuclear attack since the Secretary of Defense is required to verify the order, but cannot legally veto it. However, Section 4 of the 25th Amendment of the Constitution allows for the vice president, together with a majority of cabinet heads or Congress, to declare the president disabled or unfit to execute the duties of the office.

A month and a half into his Presidency, and Biden/Bidan has already shown conclusively to be so mentally incapable that the 25th Amendment is now a forgone conclusion in the very near-term.
And PDJT definitively called it just two months ago.
Yes, everybody honest knew Joe Biden was on the edge of senility, but this far, this fast... even I’m stunned. But PDJT called it, and I believe for no other reason that to show that he, somehow, knows exactly when and how this is all going down.

He was not mentally fit for office prior to the campaign and primaries. Prior to his obvious dementia he was a corrupt thief, traitor and pedo; and yet, a third of the votes probably went to him.
