"The table" is where the big boys/girls, decision makers, informers, sit. If you're not at "the table" then you're not in the say. It's a common expression in the US. Things like trying to get a seat at "the table" meaning finally a position of influence/power.

Remember the likes of Pelosi are owned by CCP and yet she was confident that Covid was nothing that she went into Chinatown. If Covid was real, she'd have been warned by her masters to stay indoors.
