A few thoughts?

  1. It struck me that President Trump is "revealing" the painting. 2, I reminded me of the oil paintings that Epstein had of GW Bush and B Clinton in the blue dress and red shoes? 3, The finials on top of the flags, plus the yellow edge on the US flag. 4, The painting looks either spiritual or dark to light?

Well, to be fair.... The artist may have no idea about any of that. I see no Q references in the painting at all.
