Note on page 3 sections 1 and 2:
- individuals are encouraged to wear mask when unable to maintain 6 feet social distance. -No person may be required by any jurisdiction "enforcement office" to wear or to mandate the wearing of a face covering. -no jurisdiction may impose confinement in jail as a penalty for violation of any COVID 19 order. -no jurisdiction may impose a penalty of any kind for failure to wear a face covering.... -except that a legally authorized official may act to enforce trespassing laws and remove violator at the request of a business establishment or property owner.
IN English......do not wear a mask in Texas. If you are approached by a establishment representative respectfully decline their encouragement to wear a mask. If they persist, state you can not wear a mask due to your medical condition of Metabolic Acidosis which will be further compromised if you do not breathe 21% O2 ambient air. Masks prevent this. You many suffer irreversible ischemic organ damage which could lead to organ failure. If they insist further ask the question, "Are you going to refuse me service and refuse to take my money and charge me with trespassing?"
If the response is YES then leave the premises. Do not return EVER.
If the response is No then say thank you and go about your business.
We MUST stop wearing masks or this will never end. It stays as long as we comply. Stop participating in this emotional delusion.
So far no issues at HEB, Tractor Supply, or Home Depot. Come on TEXAS. You can do this.
HEB announcement March 5 2021 https://newsroom.heb.com/h-e-b-takes-additional-steps-to-safeguard-partners-by-providing-masks-and-gloves/
Note the "The ending of mask ordinances puts real pressure on retailers to enforce an emotional topic for many. We ask for kindness and understanding from our customers in our expectation of them to wear masks in our stores. Also, we understand some customers cannot wear a mask due to medical exceptions. We request all customers adhere to the Covid-19 protocols we have in place while shopping." They will not enforce per management. Just strongly encourage. Kindly refuse.
I especially LOVE the "enforce an emotional topic" not health crisis or deadly viral outbreak. No "emotional topic" Geeeez. These people and their feelings.
Okay. What happens when every business requires a mask? Are businesses a loophole in the constitution?
Seeing as 6 companies control the media, I imagine there will come a day when all businesses are controlled by a few groups. Then it will be easy to require a mask everywhere, with nowhere to run. The lockdowns destroyed a lot of competition to those tyrannical businesses.
That is correct. Private businesses are not beholden to the constitution, except for very few circumstances. It's similar to owning a home. You don't need a constitutional lawyer to kick someone out who you invited into your home.
The point that I was trying to make is that the woman in question was not arrested for not wearing a mask. That is sensationalism which rivals CNN. She was arrested for trespassing.
Absolutely not true. Businesses can only ask you 2 put aside your rights in exchange for goods or services or using their property. That does not void the Constitution. They cannot have you come on their property and then shoot you, will perform other crimes against you. You can voluntarily suspend certain rights in order to Avail yourself of their service or Goods. That does not create a constitutional suspension
I never said anything about voiding or suspending the constitution. I'm not sure where you got that from.

For your first point, it’s scary that some of the most influential empires are not beholden to the constitution. Is America a corporation or a country?
To answer your question : America is a corporation.
People keep saying this but I've yet to see a credible source for this claim I first heard in 2020. Doesn't mean it isn't true.
There's the rub.
Yep, I thought the same thing. When they started requiring masks at Walmart & then all the other grocery stores fell like dominoes. I thought, "now where am I going to get my groceries?" Thankfully, Walmart & Publix eased up on it. I haven't tried Winn Dixie recently. I avoid Target now, because they still have a sign that says masks are required to enter the store. Ugh.
My local winn dixie sees my face regularly, no problem.
At target, try defying the sign. Just walk in. Walmart lets you, if you say you have a medical excuse.
So: Doctors said not to wear the mask. You have a condition.
EDIT: Use the ultra persuasion word BECAUSE. "Doctors said not to wear it BECAUSE I have a condition."
The word because is so powerful tool for hacking people's brains and getting them to shut down questioning, they will tend to let you have your way regardless of what comes after it (within bounds of "reason" :)
It's worked in 98% of stores where I used it.
If they resist at Target, say 'Men can use the ladies room here by identifying as women. So I identify as exempt from the mask. My body, my choice." Then stride past like youre in a hurry and can't wait to get out of there.
I went to Target and thought they wouldn't let me shop, but no one stopped me. I wish more people would stop. I will not spend my hard earned money where they dictate a mask.??
The Constitution ONLY protects the citizens form a tyrannical government. It says absolutely nothing about private or corporate entities being disallowed from various forms of tyranny. The U.S. Code doesn't even address this. The only body that has is SCOTUS. And they've ruled time and again that the U.S. Constitution DOES NOT extend it's citizen protections to either private nor publicly owned businesses or corporations. If the Founding Fathers had intended that document to do that, they would've written it into the Constitution. So, your argument is moot re: business governance of the people's rights.
[They] know this, which is why the U.S. Code was set up, as a way to help absolve corporate interests from any liability re: rights infringements.
I suppose I made that my focus because I’m curious what lies ahead for us. There is no equality in which the constitution is an irrelevant piece of paper just because people work for me.
It seems highly likely “rules for thee, but not for me” was spoken with these business empires in mind. Private businesses are still public influencers. They have too much power!
Are we run by “We the People” or “We the Big Businesses”?
And if businesses count as a collection of people, the constitution, if it were perfect, should apply. Completely. Not just the beneficial parts.
I’d like to hear some drawbacks to that - potential repercussions. Chain reactions? I’m just a person. I don’t know everything. Someone let me hear them.
