In this case, I don't actually believe trump would take that money away. He has more likely to do something like empty the treasury and disseminate a diffidently labeled monetary disbursement to the remaining citizens like...."reparations for being over taken by commies fund". It doesn't really matter, remember he is trying to bankrupt the fed.
But, I don't think an EO can directly distrubte money to citizens. Why else has the covid stimulius needed congress then? Presidents would be whipping money all over the place if it just took an EO....right?
It won't take much for everyone to know where the money is really from: Biden's name won't be on the upcoming stimulus check. So, all communities that are based will remain so.
