It’s not the 8.8 million who may have had a Tv on at the time that is the story.
It’s the fact that 320million plus Americans didn't tune in that’s the story.

I refuse to watch this crap, but I did see a still photo of it when browsing through some articles. It was a photo of cardi b's performance. She's another one whose name I refuse to capitalize. When I was growing up, we had female performers who were provocative. They dressed slutty, sure. Madonna definitely pushed a lot of buttons with that stuff. I was a lifelong fan of hers until the last 5 years really exposed what a piece of trash she is. But this cardi b - wow - just the most degenerate whore I've ever seen take a stage. I was disgusted when hannah montana was grinding on her dad on stage, but this whore takes the cake. If that is what anyone's daughter is looking up to, I really fear for this next generation. There is absolutely no shame going on there.

Watched the performance on YouTube last night with my TDS wife to see what the deal was. It was just bad. It is one thing to be edgy. It is another to just be bad. I much preferred the performance by Bruno Mars, Anderson .Paak, Silk Sonic - Leave the Door Open. (yes, I block all ads on YouTube)
We did not watch the Grammys. My wife at least respects I'm not watching any of that shit, including the evening news.
Agreed - I turned off the local news channels sometime in 2016 when I finally had enough of being lied to. Though, we have a local channel (we don't have cable) called "ME" (Memorable Entertainment) which has lots of really old shows like Dragnet, Night Court, etc. which we enjoy. And we have a DVD player which gets a LOT of use!
My brother likes watching those old shows, like Green Acres. We grew up watching reruns of those.
It used to be that the national news that had all the propaganda, but after that even the local news was mostly propaganda. Not to mention that stupid ass mayor of Houston and that dimwit Harris County judge. (I'm in the county, not the city.)
As I like to say, the most accurate thing on TV news is the weather report.
LOL, that's not saying much! I'm in the Greater Cleveland area of Ohio, and honestly our weather people get it wrong all the time. I always joke that I'd love to have a job where I'm constantly wrong and provide inaccurate information but never get fired - that's our weather reporters. One particular weatherman alarmed the whole area during a storm, swearing up and down that a tornado was imminent, told everyone to get in their basements ("this is the real thing, people!!"), only for there to be a quick shower and some wind. Nothing happened. We never watched that channel again.
