The glowing eyes is actually the most easy phenomenon to explain. If you're in the dark, and someone is in front of you facing you but there is a light source behind you some of the light will reflect off their eyes toward you making it look like they're glowing. I first noticed this when my cat stalked me at night as a kid.
Cats’ eyes have essentially mirrors in the back which reflects light and causes that glow. This allows cats to see and hunt in the dark. Humans do not have this.
The fact the camera can still pick out silhouettes says otherwise. If the room was pitch dark you'd see literally nothing but the eyes if they were indeed glowing because cameras suck shit.
Like I said it's a trick of the light, that's all. Even in that dark room there was still a light source somewhere behind where the camera was positioned. You've seen redeye in pictures right?

Yes but in this scenario I believe the room went completely dark.

Yeah, because cats have reflective discs in their eyes to help them capture more light at night.
Humans don't have that.
We got robbed
I guess you learn something new everyday. I've never seen a person's eyes glow in the dark.
