A person's hand size is random. Even a person having a more male or female proportioned body is random. These are not evidence of being trans. I have known many actual women with large hands, or broad shoulders, or narrow hips relative to others of their gender. This is just genetic diversity.
There are two basic genders, XX, and XY. There are genetic errors that can occur that do not fall in to those two genders (XXY e.g.). So in reality, based on what actually happens, there are 2+ genders, though only XX or XY can reproduce, so a case can be made for only 2.
These chromosomal variations are the ONLY real test of gender. Anything else is speculation. However, I would consider a picture of a penis as good evidence since a genetic profile is difficult. Any "body proportion" evidence is ludicrous and completely ignorant of biology.

Curve of the spine, S shaped on female more straight on male. Pelvic bone wider and tilted on female. Femur bone more of an angle on female, straight down on male. Once you study these differences you can spot the Trannies right away. Never mind the skull, but a lot of trannies get the forehead and jawbone shaved down.
