Two years ago, people would say you are a loony conspiracy theorist, if you said something like this would be the reality soon. Now they're saying: "meh, if it stops this lockdown, I'll take anything". Perfect example of Problem, Reaction, Solution.

The passports were agreed at least as early as August 2020, as stated in Cwm Taff Morgannwg Health Board's 'Mass Vaccination Plan' from that time. Admin resources required to include completion of vaccine passport.

I suggest that any videos from around that time last year, where government and advisors were flat-out denying any prospect of a vaccine passport, get saved down as quick as you can find them.

Recently, Ivar Cummins, on as a guest with Tom Woods, said that some EU countries were planning for vaccine passports back in 2017. Not sure where he got this information, if true, it's rather revealing of pre-meditation.
