"The victim (a 12-year-old boy) was walking on 43rd Terrace near 30th Avenue in the Brownsville neighborhood at about 2 a.m., when a man forced him into a black car..."
Why would a 12-year-old boy be wandering the streets of Miami at 2:00am?
Fight with his folks. I know a kid that used to leave his house late at night. Police found him, parents were asleep in their beds. Had to put security measures in the home, like they do for the elderly who wander.
Imagine being at a point in your life where you are so desensitized to people that a 12 year old boy collapsing barely gets a glance. Maybe they're so "oppressed" because people like this lack any type of common freaking decency to help their fellow beings.

Arrest the parents.
Kids are stupid?
We would have a Lan party, stay up all night and walk to the corner store at 0300 to get Candy and pop.

Doubt this is the same.
Look at the piece of shit barely glance at the boy as he fell, and then go back to looking at his phone.

They said a woman handed him a bottle of water.... I would have been comforting him and putting pressure on the wound.
