I always get this message when I click on a link for that site:

"Website blocked due to trojan Website blocked: qposts.online Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocked this website because it may contain malware activity. We strongly recommend you do not continue."

I am not sure if there is any actual concern. I am using Malwarebytes (Premium) version 4.3.0 I am afraid to click through. All of my other q links are broken but this link. https://qagg.news/

Many antivirus recognize even the site we're on right now as malware. I doubt it's a legitimate threat, it's most likely just another form of censorship. The site never made me download anything.
