Stop falling for this ruse. GOP governors banning state agencies from requiring vax passports mean nothing if private businesses are still allowed to do so. It was never about requiring these at the federal or state level.
Policies that ban fed and state agencies from requiring vax passports are just meant to placate those who don't understand that the federal and state governments will be working with private businesses to establish guidelines and policies for their own requirements. Biden even said so.
Don't be surprised if federal and state govs start offering incentives to businesses who require these passports. Probably will involve this "Well Health" seal bullshit as well. So far, Florida is the only state to enact full legislation banning this shit from both state and private businesses.
Private industry requiring vax passports is already against the law. Medical privacy is protected under the Constitution and Roe v Wade. The only thing that needs to happen in these states is lawsuits against private business to establish this.

My 25 yo daughter had to rent a car. It had CA plates she was getting flipped off all the time.

I’d be moving from somewhere where housing is far more expensive than the equivalent would be anywhere in Idaho. Maybe that makes me one of the hated out-of-staters, but I can promise I won’t be bringing perverted blue state values and voting habits with me.
Ultimate earning potential might end up being lower in Idaho, but that’s a lesser concern that quality of life, liberty, and sanity.

Can I ask generally where in Idaho you might be located? (certainly feel free to demur on this question - I totally get any hesitancy to give too much away here).
I’ve spent a few days in Boise, a few days in Sun Valley, and a few days in Coeur D’Alene/Sandpoint, and even though they’re all vastly different, I dug them all. (Oh yeah, and I went to Idaho Falls for a job a number of years ago, but that was in the winter, and before I realized how generally awesome Idaho is, so I didn’t pay it sufficient mind at the time).

Currently here in Nevada the Gaming Commission is forcing the casinos to coerce their employees to get the death shot. They won't give them 100 percent occupancy until 50 percent of the employees are death vaxxed.

So the states are banning vaccine passports, but can employers still force the vaccine on employees? We have to stop that! I just heard from a family member in Texas who has an administrative job at a large oil company in Houston, and their HR is basically pushing them to get a vaccination.
It should according to any good lawyer make them, the company liable, as it falls within the parameters of coercion. Do not take it if you don't want it they cannot legally make you and do not quit.

Idahoan here. I’m glad Idaho is stepping up. It’s amazing how my hometown has pretty much gone business as usual since the pandemic started and somehow everyone I know is still alive and well. The Covid restrictions were a little more commie when I went to visit a few weeks ago than they were last summer so that was a little concerning
