Know the difference.
As a mechanic i find this hilarious. I dont find having to worry about a ban for using the word tranny though.

In the UK, "tranny" is used to refer to a Ford Transit Van. Not so much for transmission but used to be used a lot for transistor (radio).
Fighting a valiant battle to maintain pure language, keep it up.
Women mechanics are just hot beyond words.
Yes they are.??
Really?
Lower your expectations a bit, most of them can change B757 wheels manually.
Bloody transaxles,they're not normal!
God made front engine, rear wheel drive for a reason!
Oh! transsexuals?oops!
(I'm a mechanic also, have a good one fren WWG1WGA)
???
Better than "You've blown the transsexual"!
Whoa!Good one Anon! that would leave a bad taste in your mouth,oh wait, you're talking about blowing the tranny, not blowing the other tranny.
???
Man,my fat fingers and my mind going 100 miles a second really butchered that title.??
nah, the title is perfect. Your fat fingers are obviously quite nimble.
You know the cancel mob will be after these two now. Hopefully they don't lose their jobs.
As a mechanic I find this hilarious as well. Cheers, fellow gear-head!
Yes....if your tranny is neutral it no worky
Yes the tranny jokes are always easy in a shop lol
My husband used to be a mechanic and I think that's about the funniest thing that I've seen all day!!!
Such a clutch post
If you're a mechanic, then I know you've laughed at this around the garage!
Yup ??
My hubby has always hated the smell of tranny fluid. LOL!
Why can’t more people understand this?! As long as long as we validate these people that are so sexist that they hate themselves, we lose.
Yep, there is something about working in the automotive industry that warps your sence of humour!
I was quite surprised when Greekish, the UK anon said "tranny"wasn't that popular in the UK, this use of "tranny"must be an American and Australian thing.
Ford Transit vans are also known "Tranny"vans in Oz also,it appears Australians love to pinch other people's words. If its not bolted down,Australians will knock it off!
We may need to start a language thread,as phases like "knock it off" may have a very different meaning in the US than they do in Oz,just like the word "root" but we'll leave that for another day.
I'm triggered.
Reminder to always refer to troons as 'transvestite'.
They hate that because it invokes images of hairy-legged perverts in wigs and ill-fitting frumpy clothes.
