What comes to mind immediately, is why Orange County? Why not really blue LA County? They are most apt to get resistant from the heavily red Orange County (it is red - voter fraud masked the extent for years.) Methinks there is some Plan hijinks here.
It's only red states in which it won't happen. Could spark a secession movement in earnest.

I know and I hear you. Outlaying states merging is always an option too. But for Orange to be touting this cuntery, well, you have far more power in your hands there than we do here in the UK! Good luck ?
I live in Los Angeles I will have to move if this comes about just another Line in the Sand. Sigh.
They are doing testing to see how much pushback conservatives will give to passports.
Push back hard now if you live in Orange County or soon all of California will be covered with "papers please".
