I hate Costco so bad. I bought tires there a few years ago and my experience was so bad that I switched to Sam's Club (who have incidentally never said crap about masks to me and were offering the curbside pickup long ago, AND have mobile checkout).
The only issue is this: Costco has the absolute best frozen thin-sliced chicken breasts I've ever been able to find anywhere. I love them. Before the fake pandemic, I would cook them and they would have the same texture as a Chick-fil-a sandwich. I make a chicken sandwich at home that is truly outstanding and that's the only chicken I like to use for it. I currently pay my brother a premium to pick me up two bags each time his family goes. The chicken is different ever since the fake pandemic, so maybe I just need to explore the local grocery store or buy fresh chicken.
Their bacon is great, too. Can't get good bacon like that at a great price anywhere else.
So I'm torn! I'm moving to a place where Costco is much, much closer than Sam's Club and my wife wants a membership... I straight-up hate their stores though. I hate their stupid management and the fact that every dickhead decides they need to bring their rat-dog "support animal" with them there.
LOL I hear your pain. I have had both memberships at one time. We decided to stay with Sam's Club. Yes, I know they are owned by the big bad Walmart, but I can get what I need when I want it.
If you get the Costco app you can also chat without a membership. I said I know it is not your fault but... why is the CEO a puppet of China? Do you know how much money China is bribing him with? Why doesn’t the ceo want me to defend myself with a gun? Why did you get rid of my pillow. She finally hung up on me. :)

I canceled back when they mandated masks. Was going to re-join afterwards (if) but now, nah. I can get 72 rolls of toilet paper elsewhere.

I dropped our Costco membership several years ago. Just didn't care for the "experience" they provided. LOL

Costco sucks anyway. The membership is overvalued and over priced, and their goods selections aren't the best or priced overly well, either.
