That makes the assumption that android is to be trusted on this and that the app maker is in no way connected to goolag beyond selling apps through their store.
Pretty much the only apps I'm inclined to trust are banking and the ones made by tool manufacturers and gun related stuff(ballistic calculators, chronograph etc.)...
Probably some online social site. In order for Microsoft to claim your content you need to publish it on their site in a way that it is broadly available.
If I made my own facebook, I would need the same sort of clause or else no one could share anything with the public on it.

I have heard good things about Pop OS. Running Mint/ Dietpi (after microsoft repos found their way into Raspbian).
