The sheer hubris in thinking this is a good idea and trying to implement such a plan is absolutely astonishing to me. All those James Bond novels with the megalomaniacal villain make perfect sense to me know. The difference being in that in real life, this villain is a pencil necked dipsh*t wearing wal-mart clothes and whose wife looks like an italian butcher from brooklyn.
It was just in the news a few weeks ago. Either cancelled or postponed because of "Outrage"(the news articles words, not mine). Gates and Harvard planned to disperse X amount of something into the atmosphere to basically mimic the effects of volcanic cooling through dust and ash. You know, to "SAVE" us all. Whether we want, or even NEED saving. Because somehow he is the Anointed One chosen to Save our Planet from us peasant masses poisoning the planet with our very breath. Isn't that how the movie Snowpiercer started? Do gooders trying to save the planet from global warming accidentally start the planet cooling?
