I don’t have a doctor diagnosed illness but know for sure that I have some kind of chronic inflammation and cannabis makes it go away. Ibuprofen works too but cannabis is 10x better and doesn’t rot your insides. Cannabis, coffee and a few vitamins are all I take these days and I feel good.
If you have chronic inflammation you should strt with Intermittent fasting and Keto because the real reason for your inflammation is the production of glucose (from eating too much sugar/carbs)
Try it out for a few weeks and observe how you feel. It did wonders for me at least.
Doing Keto combined with IF is awesome because I only need to plan for eating twice a day. One time around 12-01pm and again at around 18pm latest. Much better than wanting to snack regularly and then have BF/dinner.

Our body LOVES to burn fat because it is a SUPERIOR source of energy compared to carbohydrates/sugar (duuh), but it needs to get all the carbs out of the way FIRST.
Ketosis is the natural state of anyone not putting garbage in their mouth on a regular basis (like most people are theese days).
People should not eat more than 20-50g of carbs pr day.
