IMHO: Handing this to the "mask police" at (fill in the blank establishment, could be the red pill they have been waiting for.....make multiple copies so you can hand them out to others while the "mask police" are reading the one you handed them......or not....you always have a choice and a voice.
Not if a person is acting as the agent of the state by enforcing a rule, regulation, code or statute instituted or enacted by any state, county, city or municiplity. Then theybare bound by the same restrictions as the government which they agent for.

Yes in San Diego you don’t get passed the door , u have to order on line and pick up in the designated spots in parking lot ..I have worn this pass / medical exempt badge for over a year HOWEVER .. I covered the face with mask at top with a seal of the state of California it looks less rebellious and more legal ...in San Diego it works for me .,as I said it’s not like other city states where Frens say I just walk in without it ..here u can’t get in door and if you do they won’t ring u up .. so what we cause disturbance cops called ? ..no thanks I wear the badge ..we have to do this is some states
That thing is incitement to the Enemy, worse than useless. Why make your card be threatening and hostile? If someone gave me that I'd laugh and then lower my opinion of them, and because the card is hostile I would respond with suspicion and hostility myself, or defensively anyhow.
Why incite people with that?
Just smile and politely say no thanks, as you walk on in or past them or whatever. Engage as you will but why the hostility, that does not help.
I am not interested in a persons opinion of me.....I am interested in my rights, which are not hostile.... it's called the truth, self-evident and you and I have have been endowed by our creator with certain unalienable Rights.....not sure where you see the hostility, except for the fact that some establishments think they can infringe on my right to safety and happiness. That is hostile! I would not cause a scene, I don't wear a mask anywhere, but if someone is going try to stop me from entering because I don't wear a mask that is when I smile and hand them this to read.

And I anticipate getting anywhere in this court system will be challenging, but may be a good time to start judge/court shopping. If a podunk judge in HI can stop an EO, then the reciprocal should work. In fact, the judge could even order masks to be related to terrorism, and therefor, stricken.

The baker won, but it went way up in the court system. Fortunately, he was able to continue to press, so I guess that is the angle I am bringing out. A lower court COULD rule in favor of freedom, and if the enemy stopped there, it would be done, at least for that district.
Another facet of this, if there is a religious reason to cover one's face, could it be argued there is a religious reason to NOT cover one's face, sighting the baker's ordeal, that an individual has religious freedom/freedom of conscience. Are states issuing ID's with faces covered by faith based garments? I have never seen one, just heard they were.
NO ..I’m in San Diego I’ve tried ..a Dr came out and said if you have a medical exempt you are a liability and we will not let you fly on our airline ..Delta ..no mask no board ..I put a Trump mask on that I bought just in case ..that pissed them off ..
Yes I was flying to South Dakota ..Delta ..after ducking me around with different managers they brought a Dr out who was questioning me about my medical condition which is Illegal ..I was getting concerned because I didn’t want to miss my flight ..He kept talking about once in plane if I had a problem with altitude etc it is a liability for the company to allow me on flight ..I finally said no worries I’ll wear a mask ..I was going to see my brother and I wasn’t going to miss flight ..what a dick he was
Curious....everytime we go into a doctors office here they are infrared scanning my body for temperature on a very large screen and asking if I have had the vaccine or symptoms or been out of the state. Doesn't this violate my privacy rights since others In the line can hear the answers?
What are everyone's thoughts on this? Thinking about writing a letter. Especially what's the point in them knowing my vax status when there is no law. I mean they let me through no matter what so it is insidious.
Think about it. Every company that continues CCPs policy of mask and vaccines is a compromised company at the highest levels.
Should we assume the CEOs of some airlines will be resigning soon. Could airlines be human traffickers too? Some select aircraft routes around un registered.

You have no right to use the business though. So if they want to refuse service bc you’re not wearing a mask they can.

Some businesses here still have signs that say "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone". It is still legal
And some businesses around the country are refusing service to people wearing masks, that is also their right.
