I was listening to a podcast when all of a sudden one of Trump's great messages about our Country started playing. I started closing all of my programs trying to find where it was coming from. I closed everything but it still played. After the speech there was some music. This went on for about 5 minutes and then it ended. How it happened and why, I don't know. The only thing I could think of is it was a test for a future message. Now they know it works but it was eerie.

I did but I thought it was just the voices that I always hear.
Today is National Paranormal Day.
National Paranormal Day celebrates the subject, from ghosts to UFOs and Bigfoot (the only day Big Mike Obama can walk around outdoors without his wig and heels).
Perhaps the "message from Trump" was in keeping with the spirit of the day.
My laptop
Sometimes a page (or page element) can automatically refresh, starting whatever video or podcast that was on that page to begin again. It can also be a continuation of some other video/podcast, moving on to the next one in a queue the website has set up.
Would this happen even if the only program I had open was task manager? I closed everything on my laptop except the task manager.
Since it appears it didn't happen to anyone else, I guess it was a weird glitch on my system.?
Sometimes a program will not shut down completely, even after it is no longer showing on the task bar. It should show up in your task manager though, but it could have been any program, and it could have been at the bottom of your task manager, depending on how you were displaying the processes.
I don't think Trump was speaking to you personally through your computer...
Just a guess though!
They do have the ability to send emergency broadcasts to all Windows and Mac computers that have a US-based IP address. This was a measure undertaken by Apple and Microsoft in the mid-to-late 90s, and was a provision of the new cyber-security laws put in place by Clinton. It’s an extension of the EBS.
Was the music you heard after Trump's speech by Laura Branigan?
I don't know. It was soft and slow.
