I would dismiss this except I respect Zero Hedge. Wow. I didn't really care about the story, but if this is tied to Epstein, this becomes a very politically relevant matter.

They can testify against each other if they're married as well.

By law you can't be forced to testify against your spouse, but there's nothing in the law that forbids someone from testifying against their spouse.
