I have been watcing these trackers for the last hour or so and this thing has been gaining altitude the whole time and and the speed has been very slowly decreasing. Seems odd. There was a counter for re-entry with over an hour, and now it changed to "Possible Reentry 43 minutes ago. Check media for visual confirmation."
I haven't been paying attention to this, but I do know that things can skip off the atmosphere kind of like a stone on a lake if they have the right angle of attack through the atmosphere.
It's in an elliptical orbit and now on the ascent to apogee. it will pass that and then descend to perigee, picking up speed. If the perigee is low enough, it will re-enter the atmosphere.
The bigest issue will be them trying to explain how multiple tactical nukes .... I mean rocket debris, ... Chunks?... destroyed so many strategic locations at the same time.
I had an intense dream in 2004 or 2005 about "stars" falling from the sky. They weren't stars and they weren't missles but some sort of flaming metal raining down at 40-35 degrees east to west. I could hear the impact. They were hitting the north shore of Long Island, NY - we were in our home in Long Beach, NY. Soon after there was another dream - the USA and two allies were represented by aircraft which shockingly turned on us.
Nothing weird about spent stages re-entering. Happens all the time. For the past 60 years. Just not a news item until now. Part of mission planning. Sounds like this stage is slightly off the plan.
I'm still waiting for Jim Acosta reporting with a straight face how the rocket landed on the AZ coliseum, destroying all the ballots.
I wouldn't be at all surprised. It's actually what I'm expecting to happen.

It's been gaining altitude and losing altitude all day. Here's another link for your viewing pleasure: http://www.stuffin.space/?search=cz-5b
Thanks, Its unreal the amount of stuff we have sent up there in just 63 years.
I love looking at it though!

Fortunately dreams are always only dreams, not things that represent real life.
Not always
