What do the square brackets mean in post 4164? What does the [F] mean?

square brackets = kill zone F = foreign meaning Hussein was traveling to see foreign leaders before or after Trump

There is no bracketed [F] in post 4164, but there is a [D]. You dont like the D?

Unless you typo'd and meant post 4154. In that case [F] means "Foreign".
