Q was probably referring to Maxwell's court date. She'd spill the beans and everything would come out. Seeing as there are confirmed deltas, it's not entirely insane to think that, at the time, the drop was at the end of June going into July was meant to signify that July 2021 was when everything comes out.
However, now that Maxwell's trial date was pushed back to November, obviously we might need to wait until the end of the year for anything to start rolling.

Concluding that the phrase "July 2018 - the month the world discovered the TRUTH" means any July just because he didn't say "July 2018 - the month and year the world discovered the TRUTH" is retarded.
It's like concluding, that if Q said "Birmingham, England, the city that will shock the world", that Q doesn't really mean Birmingham in England, he could be referring to any city named Birmingham in the world.
